    The acrylic item arrived broken in the box. No protective wrapping around the box. Seller was helpful, but not helpful enough to ensure a return label was accessible to print. Ended up going around in a circle. I got help from an eBay agent and they are looking into why the label was not accessible. (Possibly because the seller offered a partial refund, which I declined, after he sent the return label). Meanwhile eBay issued an immediate full refund. Very happy with eBay quick service.
