Superb - Best meat cooking by a long shot!
Thought I would give the 'Sous Vide' method a try and rather than junping in and spending lots of money, gave this a go - cannot fault it. Instructions a little missleading when setting up, but afer a few trial runs, worked perfectly!
Well worth the investment.
