Lightweight, easy and comfortable to use

Small but efficient
Item arrived on time and as described. Works well, doesn’t require an electrical socket which is a bonus, as placing it for a clear picture is easier.

Great product, does exactly what the title states
Fits neck and shoulders very comfortably, material lovely and soft. Heat levels are great and can be adjusted according to need. Electric cable a good length, does not restrict use of product.
