  Item was faulty. I wanted to sort this out amicably. The seller seemed to think that 'No returns' also applied when an item is faulty. We exchanged a few messages, after which the seller opted for radio silence! Had to get ebay involved. Refund was issued. I returned the item to the seller, even though the return address and postcode provided didn't match. Found the correct postcode no problem. Item was delivered back by Parcelforce. However, I don't like leaving negative feedback.
