You get what you pay for.
I just wanted to give this a try as I have an old turntable and a new amplifier with out a phono connection,it's easy to connect as there's not much to it,but the feed back is terrible.
To the point, it was cheap and I didn't expect to much and that is what I got (You get what you pay for) so in my opinion spend more money get a better quality preamp and you should be ok.
I can not complain about were got it from, as it was as described and delivered very promptly, but just save your money.
To me at the time it wasn't to much money to waste but I would rather I didn't waste money as its hard to get now days.
