  The seller indicated in the description that the item was new but with the box open since he had bought another cell phone. When I received it, it was in a different condition with signs of quite a bit of use, I opened a case to return it but being in another country I have to pay those costs and it is more expensive for me to return it. The seller tells me to close the case to reach an agreement for a partial refund, he asks me how much I expect? I tell you that 35%. The seller tells me that

  I gave the buyer a 20% discount up front. Sold and shipped on March 7th and delivered on the 9th. Buyer uses the phone for two weeks and files returns on March 23rd. I tell buyer to proceed with the return. He decides it's too expensive to ship back and tries to get an unreasonable "partial refund" amount. I tell him again to ship it back. The end result, is unwarranted negative feedback. I've been selling on eBay since 1999. Not my first time dealing with unreasonable people.
