it certainly works
The product works fine in as much as it removes soot, tar etc from my wood burner glass with ease.....my only "grumble" is when you spray it on the glass it doesn't stick and runs down....so make sure you have newspaper underneath to catch the runs.......as the instructions say, leave a minute or two and wipe off, job done!......I found that a well known make of oven cleaner does equally as good a job plus it sticks to glass so no runoff. Costs about the same.

Good, but crumbles
It's fine for giving a smooth finish to copper/brass or finishing to wood....but it DOES crumble, leaving a fine covering of wirewool dust everywhere.
