  Packaging was good, shipping time was quick. The item photos were good enough to see that the sweater had been felted through incorrect laundering. I expected that. Even though this was not acknowledged in the written description. HOWEVER the description did not note that the button holes have shrunk such that the buttons do not fit thru the holes! I think this is a pretty major detail to leave out of the description.
