It is a great product
I have used it several times and love it, I am still working on the time requirements, but it is great

great for a small meat smoking
It is just the right size for a small one person meal. I am still waiting for the tank adaptor so I can use it for longer smoking time, It realy works great with the addition of a smoke tube.

OK for large meals
All of the recipes are for a large meal, does not work for two people.
