A great film - and a true story

You can imagine the pitch meeting. "OK, Joe, what's this film about?". "It's about a middle-aged Oxford professor who marries a divorced American woman and she dies of cancer". "Thanks Joe, next..." And out of this comes a wonderfully moving film with Anthony Hopkins (as C.S.Lewis) and Debra Winger (Joy Gresham) perfectly cast.
