Ok but not great
Don't adjust small enough. I'm 6' tall 200lbs and it's still a bit loose when adjusted small as it will go.

Not recommend this item
I broke the thing first 10 mins of using it. Busted hole in the side when bumped a simple ground wire for electric fence.
