  When I received this item, I noted a chip (piece was in the packing) and a box that had received rough passage. I contacted the seller who was horrified, believed what I told her (did not want me to return it), and had a refund for me by the next day. What a kind, conscientious, pleasant person. I will watch for her offerings given her kindness and very quickness to respond.

  Thank you for such kind words. It's unfortunate the package was shipped roughly. I'd even say I'd double box next time....but it was shipped as a box in a box. So maybe a bigger box would be better. I'm glad you glued it, but now the kitty has a scar =(
