faulty harddrive
2 of 2 found this helpful I did receive the computer OK, but the harddrive was not working, I tested it with the Dell teting program, and it failed twice. I have contacted the supplier directly, and asked them to send me anoteher harddrive, but so far no reply.

Not worth the price
a first class monitor if you like widescreen, I do.
