If you want quality, these are the ones you want.
Oakley products are always top quality and the Thinlink glasses are no exception. Well made and no distortion in the lens. Why else would MotoGP riders chose them?

Escort Solo S2 - Worth the money
2 of 1 found this helpful I was looking for a radar detector to replace the one that got stolen. I don't like cords hanging from the mirror so that meant a cordless detector. I read many reviews and the Escort S2 got the best ratings for cordless. I couldn't be happier with it. Detection of K, Ka and Laser are early enough to take action. I have seen detection of Ka band in excess of 3/4 mile. Laser is definitely less but still adequate. The downsides are battery life. A set of AA batteries lasts me about 2 to 3 weeks of daily use, 3 hours a day. I use rechargeable batteries so that may affect the life. And it does detect a lot of false X band, though you can program X band out through the programming mode. No one uses X band for traffic enforcement anymore. The pluses are no cord, which means it's easier to hide from view and the ability to just move it from car to car. I would suggest getting extra mounts for it so you can just move the detector and the visor clip is handy, though it doesn't come with the detector. The additional mounts and visor clips are available for about $5 each.
I would rate the detector a solid 9 out of 10. It's not quite up to the corded Escort models but is far better than most other manufactures corded ones and not even in the same category with other's cordless detectors.
