  Sells me a stiff filter which isn't even the same one shown as in the eBay listing and it doesn't rotate properly, I have several so I know how they should rotate and seller refuses a refund. Not easy to work with.

  What can I say. This guy tried to blackmail me with a bad review. All these filters are stiff to turn. This was an excellent item in great shape with an accurate ad. I have no idea what this guys problem was.
