Sleep Like A Baby with this "Continous Noise" of Ocean Waves
1 of 1 found this helpful Noticed another reviewer gave it one star because it's "continuous noise." That's what ocean waves are--a pleasant, natural sound that many of us find relaxing--and that's exactly why I LOVE this. I grew up on the shore of Lake Erie, and the "Pebble Beach" track reminds me of home. The sound of the waves relaxes me like nothing else can. If you're looking for some kind of New Age music with waves in the background, this isn't it. And if you don't like "continuous noise," then don't buy CD recordings of ocean waves!

Still the Best Basic Psychic Manual on the Market
I had the first edition of this book many years ago. As a sensitive who had no clue how to control what I was experiencing, I found this book to be the best basic manual on grounding, shielding, etc. on the market. I lent it to someone else in need & they failed to return it, so I can only assume they found it helpful, as well. Now someone else I've become close to has similar issues, so I've ordered the latest edition. I went on to become a professional psychic, and I still consider this the best all-purpose manual for anyone who's experiencing "psychic overload" or who is dealing with psychic vampires sucking up your energy. Easy to understand, comprehensive, and highly recommended.

Great for Beginning Card Readers
1 of 1 found this helpful This is my second copy, since my first copy was stolen. I'm a professional Tarot reader (retired) and in my opinion, this is probably the best manual for beginning card readers that I've ever encountered. You don't have to worry about the Higher Trumps yet, but you get a good basic grounding in card reading. Many people don't realize that the average deck of playing cards you have laying around your house is actually based on the ancient Tarot cards. Whether your aim is to eventually become well-versed in card reading, or you just want to have a few laughs at parties, this book has you covered. Great for kids!
