Great for rehabilitation
I ruptured my achilles tendon at the beginning of May. Since then I have been recovering and I'm now at the rehabilitation phase.
The wobble board is a great piece of kit to undertake propreoception work on as it creates an unstable base so the calf and ankle muscles have to work harder so you stay upright.

Great value and idea
A really simple idea but absolutely spot on. It just clips on to your notebook or similar and away you go.
