Reduce swollen feet, ankles and legs
This leg raise pillow is very good in that it gradually raises and supports the whole leg. Depending on how tall you are, it goes to the upper thigh. It is best suited to being used when lying on one's back, and is wide enough for both feet to rest on it, or can be used to raise just one leg on it's own. It can also be used on a pouffe, chair or foot stool to give support to leg and knees in particular, whilst raising the foot high enough for swelling and oedema to drain. To get the best results, the foot and ankle should be higher than the heart to allow drainage to occur. I have tried using it whilst sleeping on my side, and it does still work, but is more comfortable whilst on one's back.

Handy lightweight vacuum
1 of 1 found this helpful This little vacuum is very useful for small amounts of cleaning, and can be kept wherever it's most likely to be needed. I find it especially useful for the kitchen and bathroom. It's lightweight and easy to use. The suction is remarkably good for such a small vacuum, but needs recharging after short usage. This is my second one and I wanted the same model as before because I have been so satisfied with the first one which I had for many years. Unfortunately I had dropped it accidentally and broken the plastic cover. It was easier to buy a replacement vacuum than a new plastic bit. This is a very useful little vacuum at a reasonable price. Good value.
