Double roller
Very strong and durable double axle rollers.
I'll be using these on some custom built draws. Their really heavy draws and these rollers have taken all the weight (over 25kg) and allowed for a smooth easy opening/closing.

This is a book that i hope i forget all about so as i can read it all over again. Had me gripped from the beginning.

RMA807 car universal aerial.
Purchased for my freelander1.
Straight swap and works a treat, I now have radio :)
I recommend as it cost less than £10!
Simply pop out the middle light cover (in the car, underneath the aerial)
Release x2 star screws.
X1 8mm bolt to take off to release the old aerial, put new aerial on, place back the 8mm bolt.
Put back star screw.
Light cover on.....wallah, radio.
I hope this helps, many vehicles with aerials on the roof are very similar.
