    mounting screws were longer than the originals, so I used the originals.Also I had to cut the intonation screws for a &e strings shorter
    Design of tailpiece resembles the original, and intonation and height adjustments could be achieved ,just had to do a few minor modifications thats in the review title below.I installed mine on a 1973 4001 Rickenbacker.
