I therefore contacted the seller - again immediately - who said, 'We couldn't cancel your order because it's too late to cancel. You should receive your order by 12 Jun, 2023. You may contact the seller to return it once you receive it.' I have not only been charged for it but no item has appeared. Over two weeks later. This is very poor service all round.
