    They initially stated they had despatched via Royal Mail 24 with a tracking number. After 3 days with no delivery or RM tracking update I messaged them, but received no response. I messaged again 2 days later, again no reply. Today they cancelled the order stating it was out of stock & they will provide a full refund (I hope). Still no reply to my ebay messages. Useless company, no customer communication, service or honesty.
