A safe pair of hands !!
3 of 3 found this helpful Having had surgery on both hands I have had to rely on someone to peel , chop and carry in the kitchen. This wonderful machine has given me the total control to produce lovely soup by using readily available prepared fruit and vegetable.
You cannot measure independence but it is a wonderful feeling.
