Great for listening, bad for monitoring.
2 of 2 found this helpful I wanted a pair of these for my studio ever since I first heard them at NAMM, and when the opportunity to buy them at a discount showed up I jumped on it. However, trying them out in my studio, I found that details (col legno in a string passage) that were clearly audible in my BeyerDynamic DT 235s, as well as both sets of monitors (Equator D5s and Monitor Audio Silver3s) were nowhere to be heard in AT50s. Very disappointed, I sent them back. If you want a pair of headphones that make recordings sound more spectacular than they are, these are for you. If you are looking for accurate cans for monitoring, avoid them.

Excellent, fast and inexpensive. Easy to use. No issues whatsoever.

Excellent replacemet
I bought this after the original (battery operated) one failed. This is much better since it operates off line voltage and saves you the hassle of replacing the battery. And it only costs half as much. Looks better too!
