Great DOS sound card
2 of 2 found this helpful This is a classic! The AWE64 standard is a very good card for classic gaming. Unfortunately, it was never used to its fullest potential in DOS gaming.

Good price, okay battery
As other people have said, the size is a bit off. It took some playing around but I finally got it to seat. As for the quality, the first thing I noticed was how light it felt. Almost half or more the heft of the original. It's all plastic, no aluminum feel at all. With screen time I got 2:18 from 100% with low backlight streaming Spotify. It won't last as long and my be a cheap replacement, but it is worth getting for a 10+ year old MacBook Pro.

This adapter does not offer lens correction
1 of 1 found this helpful The lense seats about half an inch too high from the sensor. If you try to use a prime lens, like the 50mm f/1.7 you have to be within a few inches to get it in focus. Effectively making it a macro lens. If you have a telephoto lens, it will always be slightly off. This adapter will do in a pinch, but you are better off getting one with lens correction.
