  Not impressed by Royal Mail's delivery time! My reasons why, are as follows:- 1. The Items sent by you, confirming a delivery within 48 HOURS, was sent as "NOT BEING TRACKED", therefore due to wondering if I would ever receive my order from you! 2. As you are aware, (as I am), Royal Mail hold back anything that is not TRACKED, regardless of 1st or 2nd class. This is why it has taken longer for my order to be delivered! Maybe a time to change the COMPANY'S that give a positive response!
