A poor untrustworthy device...stay away
I can't really think of anything good to say about this product. I initially purchased this item as a general device to keep an eye on my heart health as I had discovered it could report on more potential heart issues than most similar devices, such as ST elevation and depression. This proved to be the case, because it advised me I had possible ST depression and (from my own interpretation) possible high potassium . Of course I took this seriously and went for a full ECG at the Doctors. The full ECG showed no sign of ST depression or High potassium. In fact the real ECG could not have been more different. This was not a one off issue either, I took readings from various locations over multiple days before and after the full ECG and it still reports incorrectly.
Add all this to the more or less non existent support from manufacturer, poor documentation and software and you have a bit of a disaster.
I wasn't expecting miracles but I did expect it to give a reasonably accurate reading. In my opinion, this device is nothing more than a toy and should not be taken seriously. It might be useful for simple arrhythmia's but even that I wouldn't trust it for.
Take my advice...look elsewhere.
