Not for my betta
I bought these for my fluval edge tank which contains a betta, Isamu. I had read reviews on the tank saying you could buy these to help lessen the filter flow since most bettas don't like a quick current. (Even on the pumps lowest setting it was too fast, for my Isamu anyway.) So bam, here are these puppies to save the day, right? Well, yes and no. I put it over the spout and not enough pressure was coming through. I then realized the pump was still on the lowest setting so I turned it up to high and it was still not strong enough. I ended up cutting a piece big enough to stick between the pump and the spout (Which is what I had done before I received these.) and all is well again. So I essentially paid for fancy sponges that I'm just going to cut up. But hey, all bettas are different and some are cool with a quicker 'current'

Good quality
Good quality clippers for a good price! My other ones had become so dull they were doing more harm than good. These did the trick and seem to be holding up nicely.
