Good for a very narrow range of uses
I bought these to walk in, but they're so heavy and bulky that they just slide down your wrists and ankles and fall off. You'd have to be a huge, thick man for the weights to comfortably close around your limbs, and even then I'm not sure they'd stay put. For 95% of people, the only things these would be good for would be exercises in which your limbs are horizontally positioned, like lying on the floor and doing leg lifts or doing arm circles in the air.
Waste of money, IMO.
Why can't somebody come up with a strap-on weight that's really small but really heavy? There have to be metals out there that can be used for this. Maybe they're expensive, but damn, what I wouldn't pay...

2nd Time I've Bought This
Love mine so much I bought one as a gift for a friend. If you dice lots of stuff, this thing is a huge time-saver. Very high quality, sturdy, and effective.

Hard to Use, but Does What It's Supposed to
How good this is depends on what you want to cut:
Round glass bottles: Get yourself a pre-jigged bottle-cutter. They're more expensive, but if you're cutting a lot of round bottles, it will be WAY easier than using this, and your results will be far better and your success way more reliable.
Square glass bottles: Pre-jigged bottle-cutters won't cut these, which is why I bought this. It was very, very hard to cut them with this, even using a homemade jig with it. But it did work.
Flat glass/mirrors: This is probably totally awesome for that, but I didn't use it for that purpose.
