A really good cost effective way to ease neck pain at night!
I've been suffering with neck pain after waking up, i can't afford to spend £90+ at the moment on buying a decent new pillow so purchased this roll after a physio recommended it to me, it's a amazing, I place it in my pillowcase where my neck sits and are no longer getting neck pain when I wake!
