Great shoes - very comfortable from 1st time I put them on!
My podiatrist recommended Vionic shoes due to my plantar faciitis. The walking shoes are extremely comfortable and fit well.

Fascinating to see muscles used for each exercise/stretch for people age 50+
This book shows exercises and stretches for men and women over age 50. What I really like is seeing the specific muscles used in each exercise or stretch
