Unfortunately, the cold pack was warm and soft and chocolate on cookies melted. That's why I'm giving it an overall 4 rating. They're individually wrapped in cellophane. I've put them in refrigerator so hoping I can get them out with chocolate not stuck to bag. Seller included a small gift cookie. Nice touch. I'm hoping the overall quality and taste not affected by the melting. They are pricey cookies. Ordered on 5-22, received 5-30.
