  They sold me an item they had never seen.( seller told me this after purchase) Then they marked its as despatched... eventually going on to say the item was flawed and not as described. So it was never posted out. Never refunded as promised. Ebay stepped in and refunded me immediately. Not the best seller for your hard earned cash.

  For clarity a picture showing what the item referred to was put on but it was not the one I was selling. The one being sold needed attention and this was explained. Therefore the item was obviously not posted out and I certainly did not receive the money it was with Ebay and they returned it automatically and did not have to STEP IN. Clearly a breakdown in communication but the review is untrue and defamation of character as you will see from all my positive reviews.
