Video delay

The video transmitted from ip camera is delay about 5sec. not good . The video quality is ok. The black cap on the ip camera came off so easy need to use super glue. I like the aluminum camera case not cheap plastic. The wireless camera only go about less than what is say. About 30 feet outside the signal loss connection on and off.
