Works incredibly well, hair gets caught in brush often
I'll just be straight and to the point: the vacuum has incredibly strong suction, is lightweight and ergonomic, and works well on both hard floors and carpet. I only wish it wasn't so awkward to empty because you have to detach the vacuum's tube to empty it sideways, but from what I can see, many other handhelds are like this. Also, the brush roll gathers a lot of hair, so if you have a lot of carpets to clean, be prepared to clean the brush roll every couple weeks, at least. If you clean your entire place with it, you'll be removing hair every couple of uses. Many vacuums have this problem, but some use plastic/rubber agitators that aren't as bad.

Works great!
Works out of the box, plug and play. Be prepared to take off your gas tank. Follow the instructions and it does what it says on the tin

Legitimate
I wasn't sure if the pen was going to be real, but the pen arrived in a reasonable window of time (two weeks) and works flawlessly. No complaints.
