Brilliant and smells lovely

Great book
I started a new job and I was having extreme anxiety. Dizziness, urge to go to the toilet, rapid breathing. This book has definitely helped me to calm myself down. I would recommend reading a book of how to boost your confidence as well as this one. Will start doing yoga and meditation soon as well. Great purchase, thank you.
