Good replacement stock for OEM Ruger stock
I use this stock on a 6.5 Creedmore after-market McGowan heavy standard barrel. This combination of a Ruger American Predator model and this stock does very well in most things. I would recommend this item for its versatility, value, and overall ease of installation. Accuracy is good without further bedding in my opinion unless one seeks better accuracy beyond ranges of 200 yards which for many of us urbanites is hard to find at any rate.
My only complaint might be that it is more difficult to adjust on the fly than some another option at a similar price point. The bolt has to be rotated beyond the norm to remove it, and the stock and cheek weld similarly require more time to adjust and require some tools. For those who require an upgrade to the terrible Ruger OEM stock it is a world of improvement.

Hogue Hardwood S & W K, L round to square; one finger groove.
Feels great in the hand, one finger groove more than adequate for control. However, be forewarned that these are not identical to Hogue rubber grips, but are noticeably larger and a 1/2" longer. The extra girth was a deal breaker for me. A one-handed grip just felt too large.

Always good; I would have cut the patter...
Always good; I would have cut the pattern wider around the safety area though. Not a big deal with a sharp Exacto blade.
