Good price, great reception.
Although we have cable television as we had just brought a new one with Freeview play I decided this needed a new aerial as the old one, not used for years and definitely not digital, needed replacing.
This was good choice and does a great job with plenty of channels available.
On assembly, yes the vaseline or similar grease would be a great help but the rest is easy.
I don't think that my house is bigger than any others, it's mid terraced, but I did find that the cable supplied was a little short and only just reached the point where it would go through the wall into the house. This was in a straight line down the roof and straight down the wall, no deviations. I got around this by using a splitter on the cable fed into an upstairs room, this also allows an aerial for an upstairs T.V.

New to induction
1 of 1 found this helpful I read all the reviews on induction and decided to give it a go. It's brilliant, it heats things so quickly yet so controllable. As soon as the power is turned off the heat is taken away from the pan leaving just the heat from the pan . Easy clean and easy to use - perfect.

Ideal for log burner flue
I already had a set of sweep brush rods for my old chimney but these were too ridgid to get around the flue bend. Drain roads were the same.
When this arrived I was very sceptical, they were a little more flexible but not really enough - or so I thought.
I had to trim the 'brush' to suit the flue size and flexed the first rod to get it past the first bend but it would'nt move, then I connected my drill and it went round with ease and the rest of the job was just as easy. Money well spent.
