Easy install and works great!
The hardest part of the install was getting it out of the plastic packaging. You literally just snap it in and you are done. Works just like it is supposed to with no issues.

Good, but not perfect
So, I have been wanting to add one of these to my Jackson for quite some time. I finally pulled the trigger, and I was expecting more from it. I was a little skeptical about whether this would allow me to go from E-Standard to Drop-D with just a pull of the D-Tuna. My skepticism was spot on. It doesn't put you in perfect tune for both tunings. That really disappointed me. When I want E-Standard I have to use the fine tuner on my Flyod Rose to get it close to E-Standard and when I want Drop-D, I have to back the fine tuner all the way back to get D tuned in. Definitely not perfect and definitely not worth $40 bucks.
