If you take this unit and use it solely to get you about, you'll be fine.
If you you want to crunch the numbers and study your stats, give it a miss.
This has helped my wife extend her rides, explore new areas and get her home. It's a tidy little unit, however do not there is no Bluetooth, no Wi-fi and no ANT+ which people probably expect.
You do have to plug it into a computer to sync up but that isn't of concern to us. The device allows three routes to selected when you enter how long or far you want to go, which was what was wanted.
This is a basic sat-nav for bikes. It's well built, it's screen size is apt, and the menu is easy to navigate once you get an understanding.
I'd recommend to anyone who wants to navigate and explore on their bike. It's not good for studying your form and the intricacies of your cycling.

Dreadful product
Packaging was completely unsuitable for product.
Several manufacturing/quality control issues including sharp edges, screws not securing slats, dreadful welds, signs of rust.
When attempting to put product together one side was impossible due to another manufacturing flaw.
For the money, the quality is very poor.

Dated, but a fantastic guide
This is a few years old now, however I owned the 2nd edition when it came out.
I am currently aiming to listen to 1000 albums I've never listened to before and this has been helpful in digging around the classics, I'll have to go by gut feeling for anything modern.
It's not a bad book to have on the shelf if you want to explore new artists...
