    I originally placed an order on a aquarium pump. It was stated no returns. When I received it. It did not meet my requirements. I appreciate the seller reaching out to me. He offered a full refund even though it was stated, No return. He was prompt in shipping & responding. I appreciate him working with me to resolve the problem.

    The seller engaged in deceptive business practices. The item was described by the seller as a Touch and Hold door closer. I arrived at the post office to find out that the seller underpaid on postage. $8.72 was due. The seller sent the package media mail which is charged at a lower price. I paid for the underpaid postage because I still believed that the item was a Touch and Go door closer. I returned home only to find out that I overpaid for an item that I did not pay.

    I fully refunded the buyer and even offered to go outside eBay to reimburse for the additional shipping charges that he should never have had to pay. It was my mistake but it was an honest one It was one of the first items i had sold on eBay and wasn't totally acquainted with with the shipping and AI generated listing.
