A fairly close proxy of the late, grewr doctor's hat for cosplay, but missing the mark on a couple of points.
Hunter's bucket hat from the mcovie has a green under-rim, so you'd think a product marketed as his hat would match. This hat does not have green on the underside, and it's very, very white.
If you're looking for a cheap cosplay hat, this is adiquate, however it doesn't quite match specs from thr film. If anything, this is a Giligan's Island hat.
The good doctor's hat was more of an offwhite than this, so if you want to get fully in the spirit of the film, i would reccomend renting a very fast car with no top and driving like a bat out of hell to Vegas before you turn into a jobbering wreck. Hopefully, with the top down, the desert roads will coat the hat with a fine layer of dust and grime to get that authentic look.
Well, why not? Buy the ticket, take the ride.
