Works but has holes in the housing - bigger risk of water damage

The charger works but looks like whoever refurbished it did not put the housing together correctly. There are gaps in the housing which can generate a risk for moisture damage in the charger. The old charger I replaced this one with was sealed very tightly, and although you generally want to keep these away from water there are not big holes like this that even water droplets can trickle into.
