  AVOID! Seller had two auctions going on at the same time for the same item. Then sold to the higher Bidder which was $17.00 more. Being a cell phone, I pressed for tracking info which took days to finally get but it was delivered to another Bidder. Seller blamed it on a having a draft auction gone live. This is a rookie excuse not by a Seller since 1999 with nearly a 1,000 feed backs. When pressed further, Seller had eBay cancel the sale & blamed my address as the reason! AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!
