Fast and quiet
The drive is working well, quiet and efficient.
The on/off switch is confusing because the light ring surrounding it, do not switch off.
We'll have to see how reliable the drive will turn out to be in the long run.
For the moment it seems to be working as for the specs.
Works well in Linux (my OS has Kernel Version: 5.4.0-65-generic)

Useful replacement part
A replacement for the Heater cover. It is a frequent problem when the pipe to be knocked over and the bowl to break but also for the heater cover to crack.
Unfortunately most replacement parts have a ridiculous postage cost so using this replacement part, even if fairly princely, makes perfect sense.

Disappointing but technically correct order
1 of 1 found this helpful While not misinforming the customer, one would have expected better.
First of all they arrive in a ordinary flat box that was squashed in the transport. There is no point of writing warning about the delicate content if the box itself is fragile.
Secondly the "plug plants" were tiny, a square plug of roots, with just a wrapping of plastic inside the cardboard box preventing them to dry out.
Nothing else.
Considering that they end up costing a little less than £2, the corresponding plants on sale at pound shop, are much larger, come with their own pot, supporting stick and are wrapped with cardboard instructions.
