Good replacement parts
After 50 years of vacuum cleaning, I reckon a "good cleaner is a clean cleaner"! These small VAX cleaners are excellent for keeping clean, and thereby maintaining their suction. But every so often, it's worth replacing the filters. These spare parts fit the bill. Personally, I think they're over-priced for their cost to produce, but I haven't seen cheaper genuine parts, so I would recommend these.

Battleship Onkyo
1 of 1 found this helpful This is a 6 year old audio receiver that fits perfectly with my six year old Panasonic Plasma: it matches the same HDMI levels, provides surround audio with an excellent calibration microphone and Audyssey controls, and I'm probably never going to use all of its features. Features that I personally value are: 1) video processing via HQV chip - this makes a great deal of difference when handling lower rez video signals, eg from an attached Raspberry Pi 2) sub-woofer output that I send to a Marmitek wireless transmitter/receiver pair and on to a sub-woofer located in a far corner 3) the aforementioned audio processing 4) 7 channels: I'm hoping to attach these to a tri-amped speaker system and 5) it's effortless power that doesn't compress a single note. Downsides are few: one is weight - this is a HEAVY beast of an amp and I dare not place it on a glass TV stand, and care is needed when moving it. It's audio, even on Pure Direct is not quite of the clarity and presence I would wish in top HiFi. Overall, I'm satisfied that I got a good 'used' deal with this amp.

Shaving bliss. I'd give it more stars.
I don't normally give glowing reviews: I'm more of a 'Victor Meldrew' character. In this instance, I'd like to award this product through eBay (a Remington F4790 shaver) more stars than just 5!
It arrived very quickly, was well packed with bubble-wrap protecting a 'proper' Remington-branded cardboard box with protective, triangular, inner plastic case. It had a printed user manual in genuine English (!) that covered all aspects including disposal. This was a very good start. I charged up the shaver - it didn't really need much, and tried it for the first time.
What can I say? Bliss !!! This was the first time in ages (and after several knock-off 'Remington' products) that I was brought back to the Remington experience of shaving: a gentle buzz, a smooth and silky glide over the skin, and remarkable cutting efficiency from the blades and screen. So nice: such a contrast to the hedge-trimmer action of previous shavers.
I prefer this model. It uses the easily-available SP250 heads and foil. I prefer the dual heads to the triple heads, and I prefer the separated trimmer to the integrated one - which, I think, interferes with the shaving action. On top of that, you can wash the heads and foil under the tap to keep it smelling and shaving nicely.
Victor (Kermit) Kiam famously bought the Remington company and advertised its products on TV. His catchphrase, "I liked the shaver so much, I bought the company", made him a household name. This experience reminds me why this was so true then, and is still true 40 years later.
