Hello, I purchased a pair of sneakers on eBay. Before eBay resolved the case, the seller asked me to return the sneakers at my own expense, which I did.
Later, eBay decided that I should keep the sneakers and refunded me. However, since I had already sent them back, I no longer have the sneakers. Now, the seller has both the sneakers and has lost $25 plus $18 in shipping, and I don’t have the item I was told to keep.
