Good value for home use

This back extension bench is lightweight and certainly for home use, however the construction quality is good. I'm 6' and about 15st and it holds my dimensions without any issue. The feet do raise slightly when tilting forward but at no point do you feel like it'll tip over. The footprint is pretty compact and it's easy to move around the workout area. A very good bit of kit, especially at £45.
