Buy this if you want to make quality meat products and you want to buy just one book.
It is a complete start to finish on how to make meat products from the animal.

pros and cons of hp425
1 of 1 found this helpful Very easy to oprerate, good menu organization; however its kinda difficult finding the movie program which is an excellant feature. Also this camera lacks a non-digital viewfinder which if you happen to need reading glasses makes it very difficult to get a shot as you fumble for your glasses.

Expensive but good fit.
Great part fits well. For twelve bucks they could give you the zip tie and the clamp. I feel blessed to have been able to order one however. Careful when you remove old one though as parts are brittle and break easily.
