  Spark 40 arrived today in good shape. The amp worked, but the audio would cut out and come come back after cooling for a few minutes. The Problem was isolated to an intermittent solder connection on the audio amp chip (TPA3116D2), I removed the chip (with hot air), cleaned and re-flowed the chip back in place with fresh leaded solder and flux. This completely fixed the amp! This procedure is not for a beginner, but for someone with soldering skills, it's worth a chance for the price! Thanks!
